A: We can prepare samples based on your counter samples, pictures, or designs. Sample fee is refundable upon order confirmation. Sample lead time: 3–8 days.

A: Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, with air freight available for urgent orders. Samples are shipped via express services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT, according to your requirements.
